There’s lots of excitement when it comes to our Groups...

At TLC, small groups are a core part of our vision for growing and developing the relationships that God uses to take us forward.  Focusing on relationships, we follow the Biblical pattern found in the New Testament Church as seen in Acts 20:20, “…and teaching you publicly and from house to house.”  While the church on Sunday is growing and adding new members, we know that real life-changing relationships are formed in the small group setting of a Connection Group.

Connection Groups strive to be ONE place in this world where life-giving relationships are developed.  Connection Groups are a place where lasting and meaningful relationships are formed and where prayers are voiced with the support of a small group of loving people.  There is no better environment into which you can invite your friends, co-workers and neighbors, than the warm, accepting, loving circle of believers in your Connection Group.

We have a variety Bible Study Groups, Connection Groups and Special Interest Groups – and we’re sure you’ll find that perfect fit!  What’s the difference in the types of groups?  A Bible Study Group is a group that is going to focus on a particular course of study from the Bible.  A Connection Group is a group that meets weekly to discuss the message from Sunday and looks at how to apply it to their daily lives. Special Interest Groups are a group of people with a common interest or hobby that come to together in fellowship while they enjoy their special interest.

Most Connection Groups meet Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in a variety of locations with childcare provided in the Nursery (birth - 3 years) and PowerKidz (ages 4-12) and a fantastic youth ministry STR8UP (ages 12-18) There are also many Interest, Prayer & Study groups meeting during the week.
