If the Information Bar comes up, click it and select "Download File..."

If you receive a "File Download - Security Warning"  make sure the file is "Conference.exe" and click "Run"

If you receive an "Internet Explorer - Security Warning" make sure the file is "Conference.exe" and click "Run"

You may also need to tell your Firewall to allow access.
